Final blog post

1.) What I have learned by doing my research paper is by understanding how to write a good research paper and gathering all my information to get my point across. Understanding a college -level research paper was tough but all the techniques that I use it became much clearer.
2.) The advice that I would tell a future student who wanted to complete a successful research paper for ENG103 is to use the Gale Virtual Research Library it was very helpful for me and I know it will help others.
3.) What I would done differently as I approach the research topic and the 5 milestone is continue to write more and compare more about my topic. What I have learned about research in this class is taking time on understanding articles understanding the techniques of how to write an article and reading the class book was helpful as well.

My final research paper game plan

I need to work on my grammar and work on developing on  clear argument. I need to work on some of my  works cited page so it can look right. Also I need to find more source so I can have 9 sources. On the other hand, I would develop my milestone 5 to get a better grade and succeed in this class. 

Close Reading on I, Robot

Detective Del Spooner looks very frustrated and aggressive in this scene. He is mad at the fact that he had to face this robot , knowing himself that he dislike robots. Here you can tell that Detective Del Spooner is trying to test Sonny. On Sonny's view he seems very calm and collective like nothing is bothering him in that moment.

In this scene  Detective Del Spooner and Sonny shakes hand and makes peace with one another. Here its showing us the audience that a human and a robot can become friends and have a sense of compassion.
 I believe that both of these scenes have a sense of strong emotions and it makes me even more interested on writing this paper.

My research game plan.

In my research paper, I have 3 sources. I still need more sources to complete my milestone 3. I still need to find a book for my topic which is , " Portraying in robot film" Also I feel that I need to keep going over my sources just to have the right information so I can understand what am I writing about.

Blog Assignment #1

The topic that I have chosen for my research paper is "Portraying in Robot Films." The main source that I will be using for my research paper is the movie I, Robot. I will argue more about the relationships between humans and robots trying to interact within the dynamic world. Robots are an intimation of humans, they will act like humans and try to move materiel, parts, tools, or specialized devices to perform variety of different tasks. In I ,Robot they show us all of these parts that will make you want to be more interested in robotics and how they try to interact with humans. I will pick at least three or more scenes from the movie finding connections on  the relationship between  human and robotics. Also,  the director Alex Proyas shoot the film by showing their audience the fighting scenes.So that is something also interesting to write about their movements and strength.

This encyclopedia article discusses about how robots are programmable machines capable of moving around in and interacting with their physical environment. And how robots are trying to be just like humans trying to live in society.In this article it also goes back to the movie I, Robot. so I found this article interesting and was really into the reading of the technology and ethics. These sources fits my paper because it goes together to the whole out look on robots and humans. Their interaction and intelligence guides their developments.

My Research Topic

About my research topic I want to do a Portraying Robots Films. I feel like the Robot films will be an interesting topic to write about and something to look up to. I think it will be an interesting topic to look upon. Also discuss about the pros and cons in the topic trying to see how robots effects the world. I am still rapping my thoughts about this topic and see what I can put together. I believe, that the I, Robot Film 2004, will be a big help to get more ideas.

Hello my name is Nicole Manzano, this is my blog and I just want to share to you all my educational plans and career goals that I want to accomplish in my life and what kinds of films/books that are my favorites and if I am optimist in technology and if I think that most people today are optimistic or pessimistic about technology. My educational plans is to finish LaGuardia Community College to get my associates and then hopefully move on to a four year college  for example, go to Brooklyn College or Hunter college to get my bachelor's degree in social work. My career goals is to become a social worker and hopefully succeed in that filed to help others with their personal problems and to make a difference. The kind of films that I like to watch are some comedy films for instance, one of the movies; that is called Horrible Bosses, that movie is pretty funny and its fun to watch it with your friends and with your loved ones just to have a good laugh and to enjoy the  moment. One of my favorite books to read is called Identical by, Ellen Hopkins she is such a great author and I honestly enjoy reading all of her books because they're all interesting and mysterious to read. On the other hand, I am an optimist in technology because, it brings such a positive outcome and its helping the world to become much easier for everyone and helpful . I feel that technology helps a lot. I do feel that people now are optimistic about technology because everyone uses technology everyday and it makes their life much easier to get everything done fast.
